Ingredients:
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 1 half-carrot
- 40 g of soy sprouts
- 1 cherry tomato
- 1 duck aiguillette
- 1 C. coffee balsamic vinegar
- 2 mint leaves
- 50 g fresh goat cheese
- 1 C. to c. olive oil
Preparation:
Cook the aiguillette in a pan with the olive oil. Cut into strips • Wash vegetables. Grate the carrot. Cut the tomato into cubes. Spread the lettuce leaf with the goat cheese. Put on mint, vegetables and duck. Sprinkle with vinegar, then roll the leaf on itself. Wrap in cling film and reserve in the fridge before serving.
